About Bird Stairs:

The successful candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent customer service, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, an influential demeanor, and the ability to promote products and services. The Estimator will be responsible for quoting, project takeoffs & working closely with our sales teams.
About the Position:
- Quotations
- Insulated Concrete Form Estimates
- Formwork Estimates & Drafting
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Construction products and applications is an asset
- Exhibits excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize work, be flexible
- Consistently able to meet deadlines on time
- Practice excellent spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of PC’s, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management, both internally and externally
- Blueprint Reading
- Experience with CAD
- Basic understanding of specifications
